Information obligation dedicated to job candidates (“Candidates”)
- The administrator of Candidates’ personal data is S4E S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Administrator”) ul. Inflancka 4B, 00-189 Warsaw.
- The Administrator can be contacted via e-mail: biuro@s4e.pl or by writing to the Administrator’s registered office address indicated above.
The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). This is Marcin Serafin. Regarding personal data, the DPO can be contacted via e-mail: iod.S4E@s4e.pl or by writing to the Administrator’s registered office address indicated above.
- By clicking the “Apply” button, you consent to the Administrator processing personal data contained in your recruitment application for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement (consent is given for additional personal data that has not been specified in the relevant provisions of the Labor Code or other regulations).
- You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data contained in the recruitment application for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement at any time, and if consent was given for the processing of personal data for future recruitments, also in this regard, by sending such information to the e-mail address: biuro@s4e.pl. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data remains without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out by the Co-administrators based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, the Administrator processes your personal data specified in the Labor Code or possibly in other relevant legal acts – based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the administrator is subject);
- For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process (in case of prior consent), the Administrator processes other personal data provided by you in the recruitment application (including, among others, image, interests) – based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject);
- For the purpose of future recruitment processes of the Administrator (in case of prior consent) – based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject);
- For the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending claims based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party, consisting of defending rights or pursuing claims).6. Recipients of personal data may be: service providers who perform services for the Administrator in the field of legal or tax advice, couriers, postal operators, entities archiving documents, entities providing ICT services, entities providing recruitment agency services, providers of job advertisement publication services, providers of recruitment management systems, IT service providers.
7. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process for the position indicated in the advertisement, and after the completion of this process for the period required by mandatory legal provisions (including the period specified by regulations regarding the pursuit of claims). If you have also consented to participate in future recruitment processes of the Co-administrators, your personal data will be stored for a period of 24 months. In the case of personal data processed based on your previously expressed consent, the personal data processing time indicated in this point may be shortened if you exercise the right referred to in point 4 – in such a case, the indicated personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
8. You have the following rights: the right to request access to personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to their portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9. The right to object to the processing of personal data applies when:
- The processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by your particular situation or
- Personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
10. Providing the personal data indicated in point 5 lit. a above is necessary to participate in the recruitment process – failure to provide the indicated personal data will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process. Other personal data contained in the recruitment application are voluntarily provided, and failure to provide them does not prevent participation in the recruitment process.11. Personal data contained in Candidate applications are analyzed using available search filters. The Co-administrators assess them in terms of qualifications, skills, and professional experience for a specific job position. The Co-administrators do not make automated decisions, including those based on profiling with legal effects. The Co-administrators do not transfer personal data to a third country (outside the European Economic Area) or an international organization.
12. If you do not want the Administrator to process your additional personal data, please do not include such personal data in the recruitment documents you send.
