This training is designed for administrators and maintenance specialists who are responsible for operating or supporting Dell Data Domain solutions.

• The structure and internal architecture, as well as the data deduplication mechanisms of Dell Data Domain.
• To independently configure the device and shared network resources.
• Issues and operations of providing virtual tape libraries.
• Operations on disk resources and principles of disk space utilization.
• How to effectively monitor the status of a Data Domain device.
• Planning device capacity and optimizing its performance.
• Configuring data replication between Dell Data Domain devices.
• Operating system updates.

The training includes lectures and practical laboratory sessions. Upon completion of the training, participants receive an S4E diploma. The training prepares for the manufacturer’s certification exam.

The training lasts 3 days and is conducted in an open or closed format (with an appropriate number of participants).

The training takes place at two S4E S.A. locations:

• in Krakow, ul. Samuela Lindego 1C
• in Warsaw, ul. Inflancka 4B

We provide: training materials, coffee service, and lunch.

The training prepares for the DellEMC E20-585 (“Data Domain Specialist Exam for Storage Administrators”) certification exam.

The exam is an online test in English – 60 single or multiple-choice questions, with a passing score of 63% correct answers. 90 minutes are allotted for the test, and the result is known immediately.

Upon successful completion of the exam, the participant receives permission to use the official logo of the certified exam.

5 000 PLN net per participant.
