S4E – A company under the name S4E Spółka Akcyjna registered in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000034998, NIP: 676-21-80-819, REGON: 356267368, share capital: PLN 1,737,171.00, fully paid-up capital, which holds all rights to the Website and is authorized to manage the Website Resources;
User – A natural person using the Website Resources to the extent provided in this Legal Note;
Website – The S4E internet service, available at www.s4e.pl, dedicated to IT topics; which everyone can access without the need for registration or login procedures;
