We understand that technology implementation is just the beginning. That’s why we offer pre- and post-implementation workshops on IT infrastructure administration, enabling clients and partners to manage their new environment quickly, confidently, and independently.

Workshops are conducted using actual, installed infrastructure, allowing for immediate knowledge transfer to technical teams and end-users.

As part of the service, we provide:

• practical user instructions,
• administrator manuals,
• product and functional materials,
• training tailored to the level of advancement and scope of implementation.

The goal of the workshops is not only to teach system operation but also to build the competencies necessary for their effective maintenance, development, and response to events in the production environment.

We provide equipment for a fee, which is ideal for scenarios such as:

Supporting our partners in the infrastructure project preparation phase for clients. The process includes:

A service supporting partners in preparing a modern and efficient IT architecture for current and future client requirements. Design may include migrating all or part of applications to the cloud.

Infrastructure Assessment involves verifying implemented solutions, categorizing and analyzing business needs, and identifying potential risks. The resulting document from the analysis will enable better-tailored purchases for the organization’s needs, identification of bottlenecks, or rapid response to new business requirements. An equally important goal of the analysis is to prepare the client’s environment for potential migration to the cloud.
